Climber / Arborist

Your hourly rate will be negotiated depending on your experience and qualifications, this is a full-time position for a passionate craftsman that requires your commitment to our company.

Tree Amigos was established in 1998, we are located in Wangara Perth Western Australia. Tree Amigos prides ourselves on the reputation of providing quality work for our clients.

Tree Amigos performs daily standard arboricultural procedures in and around high amenity areas.  Our services range from the back yards of our private/domestic customers to High Profile and large volume Traffic areas throughout Perth CBD for our Local Govt contractual and commercial clients. 

We require the successful candidate to ensure Controlled and professional working practices for all of our clients whilst executing safe operations, compliant to Australian Standards, to minimise risk to the employee's and the community, providing an accurate service whilst remaining profitable.

This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate, if you wish to be involved in the development and growth of our Company. It is essential that the right candidate understands the needs of our clients.  We are looking for someone who is dynamic, honest, efficient, able to prioritise, self-motivated, down to earth with some good old fashioned common sense. 

  • Minimum Cert 3 in Arboriculture or 4 years professional experience and willing to gain certification.
  • All industry relevant certifications ie MR licence, Working at Heights (EWP), First Aid etc essential or willing to gain certifications.
  • Preferred but not essential LV (Low Voltage Power Line Cert), HV (High Voltage Power Line Cert), again willing to gain certifications.
  • Extensive arboricultural knowledge and skill.
  • Quality pruning with attention to detail.
  • Careful removing of small to large trees with advanced rigging and roping skills to dismantle accurately in confined spaces.
  • Team/Crew Leader Experience.
  • Management of the crews is preferred.
  • Firm understanding of Machinery and Plant equipment.

Truck Driver

We are seeking a Truck Driver with MR Class truck licence.
Must be fit, honest, reliable and have a White Card and Police Clearance. This job involves driving trucks to site and manual work during the day. This would involve cleaning up branches and putting them through a chipper, so you need to be physically fit.
Must be willing to obtain relevant certification.

Hours are 6.30am to 2.30 approx – Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Grounds Person
Must be fit, honest, reliable and have a White Card, Police Clearance and Manual Drivers Licence. You just need to be physically fit, no experience required as training will be provided on the job.

Hours are 6.30am to 2.30 approx – Monday to Friday.

This job involves cleaning

Power Line Pruner

We are looking for a full-time Power-Line Street Tree Pruner.

Either a Qualified and experienced Street Tree Pruner or for the right person an apprenticeship to learn our trade, as long as you have had minimum 12 months experience within our industry.

To be part of our Arboricultural family you must be honest and reliable with great communication skills and a positive attitude, keen to provide good quality service.  You will need a minimum A Class driver’s licence, and be willing to obtain an MR licence.

Hours are 6.30am to 2.30 approx - Monday to Friday.

Applicant must be fit and reliable and have passion in providing a great work standard, excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail and a positive attitude.  White Card and Police Clearance essential. Senior First aid required.  Must be willing to obtain relevant certification.

No experience required.
